Refund policy

At Torland Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date if the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been used.
  • The item has not been assembled.
  • The packaging may be opened, but the product must be in its original condition with all components, manuals, and accessories included.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been assembled or used.
  • Parts or components are missing.
  • The item is damaged due to mishandling or improper packaging during the return process.
  • More than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@torlandindustries.com with your order details.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Securely repackage the item to prevent damage during transit.

Note: Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Torland Industries.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the item arrives safely.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
